Sunday, November 21, 2010 @ 10:52 PM I deactivated my facebook account. Too many stalkers. JUST KIDDING >.< I concluded I spend more time on facebook than doing more important stuff like for example studying, and hanging out with people that matter to me. So for the next 3 weeks, all i wanna do is concentrate on my work/spiritual life, spend time with my girlfriends, and also sleep early. LOL good luck to me on that one. BUT I'M WILLING TO GIVE IT A SHOT. I'll still blog though. I made a list of do's and don'ts concerning my eating habits.. Here's exactly what I wrote down. LOSE TUMMY: 1) No more than 3 meals a day which failed because the minute i was done with the list I went to buy a box of tako yaki as i felt like chewing on something. 2) Limit to 1 fried item After the tako yaki was class, and then I headed straight to buy seaweed chicken, and then I ate fried wrapped meat for dinner. 3) Do sit ups before bed Immediately fell asleep the moment I lied down. 4) Do not drink soft drinks Bought 2 cokes 5) Walk more I didn't walk anymore than what I usually do. FAILED ON THE DAY I WROTE THE LIST ITSELF. LOL. YOU FAIL REBEKAH. ME: YES I KNOW 8( I'm not freaking out about my tummy just my absolute lack of self control when it comes to food. I love it too much.. and today, I ate fried oyster, a plate of kang kong, and fish soup with rice all by myself. EPIC WIN.. Now I am stuck with an even bigger tummy. GREAT JOB WOMAN. I think I would have been better off without that list.. HAHAHAHA. Ok i'm like dead serious now, I feel super disappointed with myself for not controlling my urge to eat. unneccesarily. From Monday onwards, It's healthy lifestyle month. Promise. I shall go right to bed now and wake up early to do some packing. My room is always messy no matter how many times I pack it! maybe it's because I do stuff on my bed and just throw my books/stuff/laptop on the floor when i go to bed. Bad habit. Bad. I know. I will correct that by the time I get married. HAHAHAHAHAHA. Its great being a teen. You can live in a pig sty for all anyone cares. Nobody will blame you because YOU ARE A TEEN. Maybe your mum will nag a little tho. Okay I should really get going now. Nighty night. |
